Tiba Lofts was born from a conviction that great architecture should feel inevitable, as though the land itself conceived the form. Perched on the limestone ridgeline of Padang Padang, each residence is oriented to command an unbroken sightline over one of Bali's most celebrated surf breaks, while remaining entirely private from the world below.
The collection comprises six loft residences and two crowning penthouses, individual in character, unified in material language. Double-height volumes open to generous terraces, dissolving the threshold between interior and the coastal sky. Locally quarried limestone and weathered timber compose a palette that will only deepen with the years, each surface marked by the salt air and the passing of seasons.
